Good afternoon! I have a question about the mug warmer, how fast does the top platform heat up. Just yesterday I bought such a coffee machine and the heating is not heated, and the position is on. off in mob. application no response. Thanks in advance for your reply.
@@steviebboy69 I'm just using my lockdown to shop online for a new coffee machine and Harvey Norman had this machine as their most expensive, I though bloody hell and had to see what all the fuss was about. Looks good but definitely not forking out that much.

Sure it's expensive but that's worth it for let's say an office with 5-10 people who want to drink a bunch of coffee at work, just a one click and all is automatic, even the whole milk and chocolate milk part :) Perhaps also families that need 4 coffees and 2 chocolate milks per day it starts to make sense maybe :)

Maybe you need to make a few coffee cups so it can use the heat dissipated from its coffee making to heat up the rest of the cups up there? Sorry I don't know I am just a youtuber, hopefully you can contact Delonghi to figure this out :) or search for specific cup warmer youtube video 😃
