Gozney Arc XL big old 15” pizza bake & New Pro and Balance peels.

Back again and this time I’m baking a big one. This was a big old 15 inch Pizza. Very different from my usual style dough with pretty much a 3 minute bake. Oven holds steady at 330°c for this style and is a nice change from my Neo bakes. The New Peels are absolutely amazing. More on these coming soon but as you can see in then video they work and look amazing.
