I think this house is worth $40-50 million. Not $75. It's not even ACTUALLY oceanfront. It doesn't have super ultra premium finishes. I think the decor looks somewhat gaudy. Most of the decor looks like it was purchased off a clearance rack and heavily discounted. It looks very disjointed and hodgepodge. Ugly, ugly taste/style. #Tacky
