It's on Bay Harbor Islands overlooking Indian Creek Island, which is probably the most expensive island in all of Miami, and it's one of 4 new mansions built (by the same developer, I think). They started buying up older houses there for around $3 million + per house, tearing them down and building these new mansions. And they started selling them at $12 million, then $20 million, and now $25 million for this last one.
They are nothing more than Boxes 😂.. No Real shape or form. Design these days is right lets start with a square and cut bits off 😂😂😂😂. Go to the Italian Coast and look at all the wonderful Architectural achievements they have built and then come back here and start again, JAW DROPPING MY ARSE..

Was for sale in late 1980s for $800K, toured it, but it needed massive repairs. New owners did great job in preserving it as a B&B
