I think that for next time you should read a bit more about the little details on a product, just to give us all of the correct information. Not making a statement… just telling you why the 3.5 Jack is there.

Hi Res audio isn't supported by ps I think. This headphones are better then the PlayStation platinum. I bought them 2 years ago and they haven't failed me at all. You can adjust multiple settings such as audio,rgb, and mic volume to suit your preference. Hi Res audio is for pc on this headset

Got this for my ps5. For some reason I can’t use the microphone. When I go to settings the only mic listed is my ps5 remote the headset sounds incredible but I’m getting frustrated because I don’t know how to turn the mic on. I’ve been through all the settings. I really like these but I've never been able to convince myself to buy them. I have been through 3 steelseries controllers and the first two simply didn't work or had issues after the first use. The third one was great but the A button started sticking after only about a week of light use. And they are not cheap controllers...
I used this headset for 10 days then decided to return it. My ears arent big or sticking out but they were constantly pressing against the inside of the cup where driver is located. It just got unbarable to wear :/
Loved this headset but it broke 2 times on me in a year swithced to the blackshark pros which have been staying solid and not breaking in less than a year
I freakin hate them, loved them for the first week, then ya find out out what ya got with the strap that just stretch's out, the mic boom that wont stay in the spot you adjust it too, the chord that always catch's on stuff and pulls out, the in cable volume that constantly gets bumped and turns your volume down. Wish I could find another set of Gamecom 780.

Personally I prefer the A40 to the steelseries. And there isn’t a thing that would change my mind before they update the design of the headset to be more comfortable than the A40s.
@@TooMuchTech I tested two previous head sets. One was was 10 years ago when i didn't care about quality because we used ventrillo and they we're comparable to those. Then i plugged my Razer Krakens back in and they sounded better. 350+tax in Canada is robbery for this headset

The stuff included seems unnecessary compared to the Arctis 1 that just has a simple audio/mic splitter. For just 40-50$
So what is the dialogue enhancement? Is that dialogue in game or in the chat?
Have they updated on ps5 for Dolby ? Like with Astro they use the hdmi thing on their website to still get that sound
