Thanks, Carmela. These are very helpful. It's Sat. and I have already started the exercises shown by you and Michele. When will more videos appear on TH-cam? Hope to see you Wed. on my second visit to the BCH Sugar Land Location.
I think each BCH Location needs a video showing the entire staff in front of the building. Then they tour that facility and give each staff member a chance to point out something inside the building.......Eg. a particular exercise machine or rehab exercise task.

I'm piggybacking on your comment, I hope you don't mind, I don't know how to leave one of my own on TH-cam yet!!! I can't breath long enough to find out!!! LOL! Thank you. Perhaps now I will, I get confused and this video has really answered the basic physics simply enough to show me exactly how and when to breath in and out!!! I'm thrilled and looking forward to more ease of "being"! And thank you for allowing me to reply in this manner! Blessings to you and all who so kindly and with such intelligence help us all to live a better quality life within our bodies' limitations.

Very helpful! Thank you! What about diaphragmatic or belly breathing? Isn't that important also? And to be done with pursed lip breathing

You're welcome! Yes, diaphragmatic or belly breathing is another technique we teach in our clinics. Maybe we will have to create a video about that method in the near future.

@@camla2251 Hi there! We have seen Pursed Lip Breathing help hundreds with catching their breath and increasing their blood oxygen levels. We recommend seeing your physician to discuss your symptoms and see if you’re a good candidate for Pulmonary Rehab 👍🏼
