Yes, if you have a bonus for getting all the rings, you should be able to get ALL of them without glitches, or tool assistance. That being said it was a pretty cool demo
I’ve gotten the perfect bonus before in Chemical Plant 2 and Mystic Caves 1. Also CP1 but I had to use a video guide and exploits so I don’t really consider it worthwhile.
No, thats because there are a group of 14 rings on the sky in a very high height, and another 10 inside the walls, we found a physics glitch with Tails that allows him to enter inside the walls and collect them
