I worked in a harm reduction clinic and shelter, and I can't tell you how many of my patients died from overdose through these "harm reduction" strategies. It is EVIL to think that by facilitating drug addiction you are being somehow compassionate, no is not. If you or your loved one struggle with drugs, look for help and get into treatment, drug addiction is never the answer.
