    I'm volunteering at an indigenous AIDS awareness/ harm reduction center, glad i came across this while doing research.

    Thank you for this! I always feel guilt using smudging to heal when I’m under substance. I no longer use hard substance but still feel that guilt when trying to teach my sons about smudging now. ❤
