Some parameter tests 88°C 23 clicks

Using the Flow filter to test some parameter adjustments, this time I plan to fix the parameters at a water temperature of 88 degrees, 15 grams of coffee beans, and 225 grams of water. I will adjust the remaining grind size, pouring times, and total time.

The result has a faint floral aroma, and a sweet and sour taste like orange juice. Overall, it’s delicious and full-bodied.
