What a pair of numpties! They should have employed Architects, a Quantity Surveyor, a Project Manager and put the building work out to Tender. They would have avoided 99% of the problems they encountered on site, minimizing changes and therefore cost.

I find most of the contestants in this series to be awfully pleased with themselves. Nothing quite as off putting as smugness.
