Is baby in the most optimal birthing position? head down and facing your spine? If not you may need to focus on pelvic alignment and balancing to spin baby into the best birthing position to increase baby head engagement. I have lots of resources in the description box but what worked for me was doing a few spinning babies techniques shown in this video here th-cam.com/video/CoelnQMi0Rw/w-d-xo.html Also raw egg can put you at risk for food poisoning and pineapple can't hurt but the enzymes said to help thin cervix are destroyed by your stomach acid before reaching your cervix tissue.

It’s so hard to stay calm and relaxed, all I feel is fear and anxiety because of everything’s that’s going on in the world😭 my due date is in 4 days and I feel like she’s not ready. No Braxton Hicks or anything. Idk what to do, I don’t want to be induced
My due date was the 10th. I’m at home big and pregnant. Personally I’m having a home birth with a midwife but if you’re having a hospital birth I think they still allow you to reach 42wks before inducing unless there’s a reason (your health or the baby’s) to induce you earlier. Ask your doctor but you should still have time to go into birth naturally. I wish you a safe delivery and a beautiful birth.
This is me. My induction date is the 4th in a week and a half and I dont want to be induced. Doctor recommended it cause I have gestational diabetes however I had my 38 week apt today (38 week 4 days) and I measured 37.6 so I'm on the smaller side at the moment. 2 cm dialated and 60% effaced for the last 2 weeks and I just want the baby to come naturally on his own instead of being induced. Edit: my gestational diabetes has been under control the whole time (I'm barely diabetic) and from the research I have done between 39 weeks and 0 days and 40 weeks and 0 days is the best time to get induced to experience the fewest issues as possible due to the diabetes....but the doctor basically made me feel bad when I had expressed reservations about being induced.
@@evenigro1423 what happened.... how did you go?! Unfortunately you have complications and you'd be exactly the candidate for induction or csection ... most docs wouldn't let you go to term with the list ypu have.
@@misselle1430 I'm not sure why I would be a canadate for c-section? I barely had gestational diabetes and no other issues, a previous healthy vaginally delivery with my older son.. It went fine. Induction definitely made contractions worse and when they gave me my epidural only half of me was numb because they put it in wrong but outside of that it went smooth. Thankfully I had started having some light contractions the night before I went to get induced. Baby came out healthy with no issues and was just as big as my first kid 21"long only a little bit lighter in weight.
@@evenigro1423 you said you had gestational diabetes and your baby measured small didn't you?! Just the fact you had gestational diabetes whether seemingly under control or not puts you on this list !!! Even just high bp. Baby measuring small on its own is fine but if it's a plus it puts you on the list. Most doctors would push for induction first or csection . Glad it went well though and you are all fine.
It's true ❤️ he was head down during our last scan (his back is on my left side and his booty right at the top with kicks on the right) , hopefully he isn't getting too creative in there and switching positions 😂
Can I request you to please do a video/comment on pelvis shapes and what they mean in terms of labor, the pre labor work you can do to ease labor and what can work in labor? Thanks.
That is an interesting video idea! I will need to study up on that. But most women never know the shape of their pelvis unless they have had a special x ray. Baby seems to settle in a position according to how he/she fits best within mother’s pelvis. All we have control over is hip widening stretches to loosen the inner pelvic ligaments and keeping correct alignment and posture. Also daily diaphragm breathing is an essential part of this.

Guys I'm almost 38 weeks. I downed 4oz straight of castor oil to induce my labor.(9pm saterday) After about 2 hrs I started getting really bad period like cramps. This went on for about 4 hrs straight of me having intense cramps. Then I fell asleep and woke up with no cramps at all. I thought it was early labor but it went away... So were these just contractions due to the oil? I have an appointment tomorrow (Monday)
Castro oil just irritates the bowels with can trigger contractions. They are usually unproductive contractions. I have a whole inducing (promoting) labor series! 😌
Anyone else have ptsd or something like it and find it near impossible to get your nervous system to calm down? I’ve been in prodromal/early labor for 9 days and I’m fairly certain it’s due to the amount of stress 😅
Hormones play such a big roll. Think of your most relaxing things you would love to do. Pregnancy exercises and stretches helped me get her in a better position as well. I have videos on my channel 😘

@@picositahtx I was supposed to have my baby at a birth center with midwives, they let you go to 42 weeks there and it was a process trying to get in for an appointment with my OB. My first born was induced at 42 weeks, & it really hurt. I'm praying that I allow this process to play out, enjoy my daughter and enjoy this pregnancy as it is a gift. Not everyone gets to do this and have a healthy baby or even stay alive.
Dear Lord, please bless me and allow this child to come out healthy and blessed without any medical intervention.
Praying with you!
@@DanceePinkston Thank you! I got contractions naturally at 39+5, water broke and I had active labour for 3.5 hours before giving birth!
Thank you. Used some of your tips and kept up the exercise
@@2010Bangie God is so good! Thank Jesus!! 💕🙌🏻
This woukd all be great for me of my environment wasn't so stressful.. I'm 36 and 6 days and every other day is stressful but I love your ideas ❤
I gave birth the same night after I watched your video
I love that so much! Many have! I am so glad you came back to tell us!
I’ll be trying this tonight so my husband and baby can share same birthday lol🥰
Mazia Hummad Khan did you go into labor the same night?
I never would have thought posture would effect birth so much! Thanks for sharing this will help so many!
I love this. I lean back all of the time so I’m really going to work on sitting properly
I'm 39weeks and I think this is the same mistake I'm doing which isn't allowing my baby to get fixed down there..
I'm 39 weeks pregnant for our first baby girl ❣️ And now I actually felt a little pain and it goes around 2-3 seconds and fades away .. I walk every morning and afternoon I eat pineapple, drink raw egg 🤮 do squats and lunges and I hope it could help me to deliver our baby normal .. I don't have any check up in my 39 weeks because of this coronavirus .. I really pray to God that He would guide us!! ❤️Thanks foe this video anyways I'll try it 😊❣️
Isn't raw egg dangerous when you're pregnant though???
Is baby in the most optimal birthing position? head down and facing your spine? If not you may need to focus on pelvic alignment and balancing to spin baby into the best birthing position to increase baby head engagement. I have lots of resources in the description box but what worked for me was doing a few spinning babies techniques shown in this video here th-cam.com/video/CoelnQMi0Rw/w-d-xo.html Also raw egg can put you at risk for food poisoning and pineapple can't hurt but the enzymes said to help thin cervix are destroyed by your stomach acid before reaching your cervix tissue.
Even runny eggs are dangerous while pregnant. Do NOT eat raw eggs while pregnant, it could cause still birth and many other issues.
Why on earth would you drink raw egg?
Iam 37 weeks pregnant n I want my baby in my arms wht can I do to induce labour pain
10 months and I'm ready to teach in and pull him out myself
keeping things positive especially screen time is so important when you are wanting a healthy natural pregnancy! wonderful tips Dancee!

39 weeks and my vbac friendly doctor has switched and is trying to push me into a repeat csection. I've been trying everything to turn this prodominal labor into real/ active labor🥺 I've tried everything. Hoping this helps
I’m sorry Brandi. 😩 find me on Instagram. I’d love to talk.
Same girl. I really want a vbac and not wanting a csection. I’m also 39 weeks and I want this baby to come out naturally.😭
@@zelayaah same here! 39 weeks 1 day... They said they'll let me go to 41 days and I'm TERRIFIED I won't get my vbac.
@@kmorri9 I didn’t get my vbac as I had planned sadly. I had my baby at 39 weeks. Had an emergency csection. It was the most terrifying experience. I pray you get your vbac. 🙏🏽 & I hope baby is good and healthy.🤗 don’t be scared. Leave it in gods hands. If you don’t get a vbac it is okay. Your health and baby’s health is the most important thing and I had to realize that after experiencing what I went through with this last pregnancy (3rd baby).
@@zelayaah I'm so sorry it didn't go the way you wanted and hoped 😩. I had a membrane sweep on Wednesday and wound up having contractions Thursday early morning. Went in to the hospital at 6 am, baby was out by 11am vaginally 🙏
37 weeks and 3 days and I neeed my baby out ASAP
Literally me rn lol
Your voice is so calming and relaxing, OMW! 37w3d today awaiting my little one.
I get that a lot! 🤣 that’s so exciting! Do you know babies positioning yet??
It's true ❤️ he was head down during our last scan (his back is on my left side and his booty right at the top with kicks on the right) , hopefully he isn't getting too creative in there and switching positions 😂
That is a great birthing position. Yay! 🙌🏻
😁😁😁 I'm so excited and ready to birth my little one!
Update: my Sweet baby boy was born on the 24th of June 2020 (I was 38 weeks on the dot) 😁
40+1 day today. Thank you for this wonderful information. I will do everything you recommended.

37 weeks and 2 days want my baby out i’m over being pregnant
I’m 38 weeks and 2 days I have contractions Allllllll day everyday , I have been to the hospital a million times they hook me up to the monitors and are shocked at how much I’m contracting but not dilating ( this are not Braxton Hicks )
This sounds like my story. I was contracting for about 5 days every 10 minutes which is a sign of stalled early labor due to baby positioning. After I relaxed and got a prenatal chiropractic adjustment she was in my arms 4 hours later.
Is it possible to fix baby's positioning without a chiropractor? I'm 38+2 today & contracting stronger everyday too for hours but it stops somehow. Its my 5th baby & my 2nd to 4th all arrived at 37 weeks. Feels weird for this baby to be appearing late & my severe SPD isn't making things any better.
@@AyuMi93 This is also my situation! I have contractions almost back to back, they hooked me up and sent me home later that night when i wasn't dilating fast enough after getting to 5cm due to his position. I have contractions but just not strong enough. Any tips on how to get him in the right position without a chiropractor?
I've been having crazy cramps for this but no contractions yet 🙃
I'm so done 38 weeks by measurements but my baby is weighting in a 39-40ish weeks!!! She needs to get evicted now I'm ready!!!
Im 40 weeks 2 days and 3cm dilated %50 effaced and the babies head couldn't be any more engaged and is sooo low. I have no idea how im not in labor yet.

Absolutely adore this video!! Sooo sooo helpful and insightful I’m going to try them all THANK YOU very grateful for you and this video ❤️🙏🏼💫
Hi Sophie! Really appreciate your sweet comment! How are you feeling today?🥰
I will also say I was in prodromal/early labor with my last and after a Webster certified chiropractor adjustment I had her in my arms 4 hours later! Pregnancy exercises and stretches helped me get her in a better position as well. I have videos on my channel 😘
I wish I could fix the mood I live with my in-laws and they’re always giving me crap and I’ve hit my due date I hope these tips help it speed up

I'm 40 + 2 and I'm so ready and starting to get worried, did you get your water to break or were you induced? And congratulations ♥️
@@picositahtx I actually went to 41 +5 and ended up induced. It was like ground hog day everyday waiting to go into labor. My husband didnt want me to go to 42 weeks, we were pretty concerned. Hope you go into labor soon! It's scary going overdue.
@@oksanavodka it's scary and not safe for the baby as she could be born stillborn and take in fluid... Why did they make you wait longer to get induced???
@@picositahtx I was supposed to have my baby at a birth center with midwives, they let you go to 42 weeks there and it was a process trying to get in for an appointment with my OB. They didn't consider me an emergency - i called to schedule an appointment at 41 +2 and was hoping to get in that day but I went in to see my OB at 41+3 because they didn't have an openings that day for me, and they didn't schedule me until 41+5 for induction. I had to even call the day I was scheduled to be induced to see if they had room for me. That was the weird thing, no one treated me like an emergency and in my opinion I felt like they should have.
@@oksanavodka Yeah everything nowadays is so different you have to make an appointment even to go into labor, you would think going past 41 weeks is an emergency but now if your water isn't broken or if you're not having contractions and you don't have a doctor assigned to that hospital then they will send you home which is bs
The importance of prayer 🙏🏾

I’m honestly going through a tough break up right now my due due is the 24th I just really want my baby, but I can’t calm down and come to peace I’m just continuously breaking down. How can I get my body ready besides?
I’m so sorry to hear about your break up. I think you have the right mindset already. One of my best labor tools was focusing on getting to my baby.
