Cameras! Wirgin Edixa Reflex-C

Watch me jam the shutter! I got it working though. I have two viewfinders I swap out and just the 50mm lens. I fear my light meter is rather weak, but it jumps well in direct sunlight. Cosmetically in great shape, only missing a few black coverings.

I love these Edixa SLR cameras! Beautifully designed, and yes quirky at times, but they’re 60 + years old! A good CLA, and they work fine!

These early Edixa Reflexes did not have self timers…. The 10, 5, 2, 1, are the slow shutter speeds, that engage when the fast shutter speed dial is at 25, and a slow shutter speed is set… if it still works. ( the slow shutter speed mechanism is under the cameras bottom plate, and sometimes needs cleaning )

I just found out that the metal ring you removed from the prism viewfinder is useful if you want to add a shoe mount, it would sit on top of the viewfinder.

Any 35mm film works. I just use Amazon. I have only tried black and white film though!

Um, just checked and there are several on every resell-site avaiable online. I think you should take a second look, I already found like more than 10 Edixa reflex cameras...
