      Thanks for your comment. We're aware our online google rating is on the lower side and are working to address it. Each piece of feedback we receive is not only appreciated, but submitted to our internal team for escalation, review, discussion and remediation where possible. We work diligently to help our members navigate issues not only with the plan, but in many cases that are related to 3rd party error. The unfortunate truth of the health care world is that it takes a lot of teamwork between providers, hospitals and insurance carriers for things to work smoothly for members, and sometimes mistakes are made. Our goal at Surest is to take away as much of the confusion as possible by empowering our members with choice and educating them on how to use the plan to search, compare and decide on the best care for them.
