I believe eating insects helps people get the proper amount of nutrients in a less environmentaly damaging level than eating farm animals in a less harmful way to the human body... but this is a matter of choosing between getting a 50 or a 60 in an exam, they are still both failing grades (it is just an analogy, don't take it too srly, and this is only my opinion).

We accept that lions are carnivores and as apex predators are important to their ecosystem and keep the herds of animals they prey on in the best health weeding out the sick and old. It's human factory farming that we object to; it takes up land that could be used to grow agriculture, it's extremely water costly and it's fucking cruel on the animals.
