  • i saw alot of people who do this kind of flexing stuff here in youtube , especially those who workout alot like bodyweight , calisthenics and mostly are hitting weights in the gym and many more to mention , who are humble and proud to showcase all the hardwork and discpline they did just to achieve their goals , also at these trying times of pandemic , having a good health is more valuable and important to fight the virus , atleast a workout everyday , its not just making us strong mind and body but also helps in boosting our immune system to fight the virus the enemy that we dont see , keep grinding and staysafe everyone
    i just do some basic bodyweight excercise , eat nutritious food and a must good quality of sleep ,
    atleast 2 or 3 hours of excercise a day really helps alot , it helps us not to get depressed , it eases boredom , keeps us busy and getting stronger everyday
