These people must be named and called to account. After the Post Office scandal the public have a need for accountability!
Why are the whistleblowers not protected, heads need to roll!
Believe it or not I've been the cause of several managers losing their jobs. They thought their position gave them the power over me, but discovered just how wrong they were. Doctors need to have the guts to do what's right, and their colleagues need to have the guts to support them.
Doctors wont do whats right due to money coming before ethics
The very few with integrity left already.
Also see what happens when, as a patient, you make a complaint.
How long have you got? Basically your denied any further care
Yes that’s what happened to me.
Me too
Get what you clapped for
I know a very senior NHS Consultant (about to retire - not at 55, but 65 - he owes them nothing) - he often speaks of the Bullying Atmosphere, which goes right up to his level.....but the 'bullying' comes from the Senior Management / Accountants that run the NHS TRUSTS ( a stupid John Major idea that Blair loved), not fellow Medics. As an aside, he says that the NHS cannot survive with the demands placed upon it - a combination of immigrants and Brits who have zero commitment to keeping themselves healthy. As he has said before, if the NHS model is so brilliant, why don't other countries copy it ? Well, we know why,.
In so many organisations one finds that those in senior management couldn't actually carry out the tasks that are an organisation's raison d'être.
And we all know what BLAIR did for our armed services,, he is illiterate, stone dead cold, he lost count of the dead and injured,
he simply flushed and burned away data after a drop in photo shoot (Iraq)
hazard a guess, censored the press ,
dead men can't speak, RIP🇬🇧
how do they sleep?
Whistleblowers must be protected Health first not covering up mistakes to save yourself.
Happens in every single government dept and service, manager criticism is the way to lose your career, especially in education, where adult bullying is rife in schools
I’ve waited since 2018 for an operation.. The consultant I dealt with for two years threw her toys out her pram and said did I have a rich relative who can fast track me!! Pathetic and here we are in 2024…currently I think they’ve missed placed their diary as they were going to get back to me
This is what happens when you try to run public services like a business.
Never been run properly ,it’s a joke
I have just left the NHS due to exactly that. There is no safe reporting. When I suggested a new initiative to ensure safety of staff (from grievance/harassment), biased promotions, it was ignored due to protecting the NHS reputation. I even took my concerns about the direction of MH (which was target and not client driven and created widening gaps and exclusion), and in my opinion, a consultant psychologist who had removed levels of safety, to executive level to no avail. In my integrity and aligning with trust values, I gave my notice after nearly 9 years in that job.
Remember Lucy Letby?
One doctor who voiced concern was forced to apologise to Letby.
There's another type of victimised whistleblower the media doesn't mention. Its the whistleblower who is a regular member of staff (not a doctor) who's reported wrongdoing and been bullied out of a job and a career by managers in HR as a result.
Getting it ready to be fully privatised by Labour
If you wish to receive elective treatment then it’s already privatised, because if you done pay directly you won’t receive.
Finally that is exposed ! ❤
So many doctors and nurses refused to have the jabs, because they saw how many were arriving in hospital with serious side effects, that the mandated jabs instruction was dropped.
Just imagine if they had kept going and refused to work unless the jabs were stopped for all but the vulnerable. No government could have withstood the public outcry a nationwide strike would have triggered.
Uk is not united anymore
Not sure the aviation industry is a good example of the safety of whistle blowers.
Be a good place to start #Aviation
Quick shape shifters
Heightened risk of Arkancide. 😊
Lucy letby ,say no more.
Exactly. Lucy Letby raised concerns and it seems she might have been "set up" by the higher management / senior doctors to hide the incompetence and failings within the Baby Unit at Chester. When Lucy Letby was removed from her job, the death rates amongst the babies at the unit did not go down. To me, that could indicate Lucy Letby was not the likely cause of the high death rates. There were so many inconsistencies in her case with no actual evidence that she was guilty. I think she must have had a lousy lawyer.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 meanwhile on planet earth....
Miss Letby was stitched up, don't believe lying msm
@@cherryseptember8697 Exactly, was she a scapegoat .
No.
The NHS needs a complete revamp in education a whistle blower is fully protected why not our doctor's and nurses
Doctors have ALWAYS placed reputations above safety.
"The surgery was a complete success", the patient died from spontaneous and unrelated health issues.....
kier starmers wife is head of nhs england ! talk about call the kettle black it would be him in middle of it
She's not though
@@michaelburke1775 the information out there just have find it!
NHS is terrible to work for as bullying is big .by nurses Im so glad i left
A major issue is the use of "compromise agreements " to gag anyone that leaves!
And the rest, how many cleaners, receptionists In these places do you hear being heard???
For HND bosses, read Trusts!
The ‘ common purpose’ stooges need to be uncovered and dealt with.
If u think the post office was bad for bullying, nhs is worse.
This Happens WORLD over, the NHS lost its Way.. When all Categories of Nurses were Made to Pay.. for Tuition!
WHY does the NHS not get Workers to work. Certain Hours in lieu of Payment. For Training!
They will never keep their Nurses, and Doctors until Something changes!
Most NURSES Now come From 3 rd and 4 th World Countries!
Nurses, Doctors and medical professionals are THE backbone of Every COUNTRY!
ALL Private Hospitals should BE open 24/7 with Emergency Rooms!
It doesn’t!
You can't have murder quotas and patient safety at the same time.
thats true
Well thsts typical management . When managment people run nhs that is going to happen
Twas ever thus!
but nobody can criticise sugar in your diet eh Victoria. I wonder why the govt has not recommended a low SUGAR diet.

@@nicolassTRAVELthe uk is the 4th biggest exporter up from 6th before Brexit. Granted that could be due to the deterioration of others export market, thinking particularly of the deindustrialisation of Germany.
You're dead right, we haven't left yet !
Sadly, everything we rely on and pay to maintain in this country is absolutely fked.
What about the increase in patient deaths in privatised NHS services?
What about the stats on cleanliness donut
