INGREDIENTS
KABAB
Mutton keema - 1 kilo
Cumin powder - 1.5 teaspoon
Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Onion - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoon
Chat masala powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Half a lemon juice
Gram flour - 2 tablespoon
Red chilli and green chilli - 1 each
Salt
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Charcoal - 1
Ghee - 1 teaspoon
Oil for frying
GREEN CHUTNEY
Handful of coriander leaves
Handful of mint leaves
Green chilli - 1
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Lemon - 1/2
Curd - 3 tablespoon
Chat masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - as required
Sugar - 1/4 teaspoon

Hi, I am waiting to make it today I just saw all your sheek kabab video. I have ingredients related to this video.but I have doubt for tenderness can I use papaya power for this recipe as you used in karoki sheek kabab. Plz replay and I love your videos I made Hyderabad Dum biryani from following your videos .it came very delicious.

In the interest of work-smarter-not-harder, add spices to the qeema *before* grinding to smooth - vs grinding, than adding spices then kneading like crazy but never achieving the homogeneous mixture coming outta the food processor
Yes work smarter it’s true
That’s the reason spices were ground separately
If we grind it along with keema, most of the spice particles remain in large chunks
So better grind separately for perfect results
Mam , how-to dry the water from the kheema after washing because there is excess water which comes out
Use strainer
If possible give the link of your cooking untelsis.
