Dr. Cleveland!!! He was my metaphysics professor. Absolute treat to have him as a speaker.

difficult thing to be of service for that is for sure. especially when servicing those emotions that we see in other people. It's usually easier to balance our own, but once we balance our own we cannot be selfish. Or if it does truly affect is if we try to help others we need to take a half a step or two steps back. Been living this life since I was 5 years old and all of my wishes and dreams and prayer that I prayed when I was 3 years old are still with me today as a 38 year old women. When I thought life was perfect at 3 years old. God bless and love all of you.

The study of emotion has ramped up in part because of how they have become the compass by which society largely expects to navigate, rather than by prudence.

This conversation has been especially helpful for me. Thank you so much as I've been thinking about fulfillment recently.

In this topic, it is worth reading about what Dr. William Glasser wrote about "total behavior" in his Choice Theory. God blesses us, Good day

Hmm, happiness is of the world, temporary. Joy comes from the Lord, it’s an emotion in our spirit when we draw near to God. peace, love, compassion etc.

Emotions are not a judgment, they are the result of our behaviors. In any case, feelings would be more of a judgment, or the interpretation of our emotions.
