This wrestling moves video teaches Head and Arm Throw From Over Under.
NCAA All-American Wrestler and D1 Wrestling Coach Jacob Kasper shows how to hit a great head and arm from over under position.
Fanatic Wrestling, like it’s sister site BJJ Fanatics was founded by a pair of grappling fanatics dedicated to bringing you the best wrestling competitors and coaches in the world to learn from. They both realized they were missing an entire section of the grappling community so the idea for Fanatic Wresting was born.

Jacob Kasper looks like his favorite personal saying is "Pretty Simple, Pretty Easy". Jacob Kasper is one of my all time favorite HWT wrestlers in collage I loved watching him wrestle at Duke

Can I still use this in collegiate wrestling? I saw he interlocked his fingers and that's an illegal hold

the Greeks and Romans were doing this long before the Japanese. Virtually every culture has developed some form of wrestling, with similar moves.

This is a neat move for pee wee, any wrestler with their salt would bury that guys face into the mat. It’s a friggin hip toss.

Wonder if that opponent knew what he was signing up for. Multiple throws and the first ones were nice and easy but the lat few...ouch.

Great video but your foot work was off when u did it slow. You did it better when u actually did it for real and not in slow mo. But it still needs alittle tweaking which I'm sure u are aware of already. But thats why watch videos of your performance is the best teacher you can have.

Isn't that a common name for that kind of move? I don't understand why it was wrong for him to use the judo name.

@@GridironMasters Uchi mata is Inner-thigh reaping throw. It's a technique where the attacker places his leg in between his opponents legs in order to execute the throw. That's not the case is this video

I happen to know what uchi mata is. I do it frequently I just dont know if he was claiming that he was doing uchi mata with his leg on the outside. It seemed like he said uchi mata and his leg happened to be on the outside but maybe he doesnt know that. Simple fix though.

@@GridironMasters yeah actually it's harai goshi with the foot on the outside but he probably thinks Uchi mata is all hip throws in general.
