This is a whole system to build a wrestling program off of. If you got your school good at these positions, you would be in competition for a title every year.

I love this channel so much it’s helped me form almost all of my systems for wrestling and I All-American-ed for the first time two days ago thanks to you
Thanks so much for this video. I'm a Jiu-jitsu practitioner, and absolutely love wrestling for takedowns and securing positions. A collegiate wrestler at our gym showed me the Iranian Lat Drop and then sent me this video. This one lands me in a dominant side control position. Gonna take a bit of time, but I plan to work through all these techniques on this video. Thanks again.
Not many people outside of the us will watch folk style. I’ve seen a lot of youth wrestling the past 2 years try to start implementing what we think of as freestyle techniques for folk style. Either the us will have some great hybrid wrestlers on the world stage in 3-7 years or the push to abandon folk style will grow. American women abandoning folk style for college was a smart decision. They should push next Olympic cycle to compete against Japan more closely.
The wizard is back!! I know this is going to be gold!!

Yo, all I am interested in is the type of wrestling most people do in the world, freestyle. Not everybody's watching for folk style
