Does it void your warranty?
@@lyho6274 no!! Absolutely not. The only thing it could affect is if somehow you caused damage to the intake then they could possibly blame that on the CAI. For instance, if you sucked water into the engine via the intake then Kia would likely try and blame that on the intake and then any damage wouldn't be covered by your warranty but the only way that would happen is if you try to drive the car through deep water

What Turbo Blow Off did you use? Or did you use a Blow OFF sound Plate? And do you have a video link of you installing it on your car?
I have a '24 Seltos SX with the 1.6L Turbo Smart Stream Engine.
Would this intake kit you have in this video work for my engine also?
I'm still using the factory blow off valve but I do have an aftermarket one that my buddy Zach @zstampe sent me because I won it on his channel. I didn't film an install video because at the time I was not focused on featuring car mods on my channel. The install is very straight forward. It should fit any Kia or Hyundai 1.6L engine
How difficult was it to install/how good were the instructions? How has the car handled it over time, any heat soak?
It's very easy to install but there's no real instructions. Car is 100% fine. Zero issues.

Would it pass smog with this unit in?
Why wouldn't it? It is only taking in cooler air. It isn't affecting your car's emissions

I've done a lot of cosmetic mods to it. Look back a few months on my channel and you'll find that video showing what I all did so far.
Awesome. I'm looking in the market for a sedan, but alot of them are or look so plain n boring. So now that I've been seeing more n more of the k5 it's really really growing on me.

Any check engine light on the dashboard??
Nope, a CAI will never trip a check engine light unless you install a full CAI and don't get the MAF sensor installed correctly and plugged in.

Does this void any warranty?
It shouldn't but technically it could if they said damage was caused by it.
Whenever you take it for maintenance just change it lol

Other than that that they said it's not a issue installation one I installed one from aem dnt like filter order I ordered a burger motorsports filter on the way

To be honest, I'm not sure. I don't want to go take it off to measure it either. BMS should have that info on their website or you could email them and ask.
