That was real straight holy conolly batman...i moved to florida an was at the tampa supercross as a guest of the promoter down on the track i was standing behind the whoops when RC went by jumps in the whoops at like 120 mph rear tire out to the right about 6 inches solid as a rock straight who needs straight ...hmmm ok i do RC did look wild he just looked fast as heck totally in controll back end 6inches to one side didnt bother him a bit held it pinned any way...till then i believe it was the fastest id seen any one blaze a set of whoops to date just skimming the tops...i dont remember if he was # 4 or 9 then..i was helping a 125 rider with the old team i used to work for...

What do you do about throttle control? Is it all in?

Exactly. Too stiff, or too soft of suspension can cause the bike to kick and swap.
I think he forgot to mention to keep your weight back too, it helps prevent swapping.

The first step to hammering the whoops is having your bike's suspension tuned appropriately. No amount of technique is going to save you through a set of whoops with a sacked out shock or forks.
