XTool’s new software 2.0 has a massive list built in now. I recommend downloading the beta version to see them all. I will try to make a video on it too
M1 is not designed to do curved engravings unfortunately. They can only do rotary engravings such as cups for a curved object since it rotates in place on the focus point.
Thanks for this video! It helped a lot to get to know the software. What I'm having problem with is placing the items on the working area and the design coming out right. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong but the camera doesn't show accurately the item, so my designs come out not centered, slanted, etc. What am I doing wrong?
just got my first laser, M1, you did a great job explaining this, gonna make sure I check back, very informative/ thanks
You’re welcome thank you.
Thank you for this!
@@DailyBitesofWisdom you’re welcome
Hey great video this helped a lot. Could you make a video going over a list of materials that can be used with the M1?

great video, can you possibly do a video on using the M1 to engrave on a curved object such as a wooden spoon or bowl?

Hmm that’s interesting. Not sure why it would be slanted. The center thing could be if the focus height isn’t showing up correctly from the red dot.
