THANK YOU!! I just got the xTool M1 because I wanted a Circuit/Silhouette and my husband wanted a laser and wood engraver. We figured we'd get this to try out all our hobby interests with one machine. There are not many tutorials on how to create crafts using vinyl, sublimation, HTV, etc for this machine. Please make more How To/ Step-by-step project videos for the xTool M1!

when using the riser: DO I need to adjust settings (height from laser) and do I need the prisms?

whenever I frame the purple laser is always above my dog tag and not directly on top of it. How do I fix it?

It's due to the fisheye camera Put the item as close to the camera as possible

Do you have to worry about the triangles being under when you CUT? like should I make sure they aren’t under the cut?

When you cut with the blade you want to use the cutting mat. When you cut with the laser it's just a light so the triangles are fine ;)

make sure you put foil under prisms laser cuts or you will engrave your baseplate
