Nice quick tutorial.
Nice video 👍 I can't wait for this release. It looks amazing!
Thank you!
Another great video!! Question: I just got my F1 and I believe it says that plastic is a big NO NO in the machine, is that correct? What about a golf ball? Thanks.
FYI - This BETA 2.0 was open to the first 2,000 people (all spots taken as of a few days ago. Keep an eye out for more openings in the near future!?). I've turned off the "Smart" toggle in the "Processing" tab as it leaves lines and there's a large difference in the engraving, you can tell where it stopped and then went back to finish up that particular area in color as well as the lines, even physical lines in the engraving.
Yes, I believe they may have released some more today. I’ll definitely try turning off the “Smart: toggle! Thanks for the note!
Thanks for the info on XCS 2.0. XCS is improving all the time. I have 10W D1 Pro with IR module. I wanted larger work area. Currently I sometimes use Light Burn and I have just purchased a camera which I am not able to use in XCS. When I do not need camera I will still use XCS as it is so easy to use.
Hi there, do you know how to stop you imported images being ungrouped automatically on xtool software?
Hi there, I as well have already the xcs 2.0 but I have a newbie question, what exactly is the framing settings do? Is there some impact if I hit process and I messed around with framing settings ? thanks
Is the camera option working with D1 pro?
Thank for the informative video. At first look the software is OK, compare to Cricut creative space is way different. The new update is very different for me as a Cricut user, many options are not there. I feel very dissatisfied from this software.
Does anybody have experience in Lightburn and XCS 2.0? I wan´t to buy an co2 laser. but i´m not sure if i want xtool or an other brand,. Witch program gives me the most benefit? XCS sounds nice for beginners, but lightburn seems for me more powerful.
My idea is to by the xtool p2 because it seems lightburn compatible, but i heard Lightburn isn´t running smoothly and brings some issues with camera and auto-focus on the xtool p2 device.
yes it started happening recently. but lightburn is powerful as you said and very versatile
I have experience with both and can tell you that XCS has come a long way (especially with 2.0), and has a lot of features you can use that Lightburn does not offer for the xTool machines. I highly recommend starting with XCS and seeing if you feel the need to upgrade.
Goodbye Lightburn! Awesomeness X 10!
