I talked to my grand daughter about these horse and the job they do but we also talked about horses in general then I took her to a friend's farm so she could meet a horse so I got some carrots washed them and a few apples we had a good time I taught her how to interact with an animal 10x her size

A friendly reminder to not engage with channels you don’t support/agree with. Engagement equals money in their pocket. Don’t subscribe, don’t watch the videos (even if it’s just to see what the TH-camr did wrong), don’t hit the thumbs up or down button (even thumbs down counts as engagement=money for them), and don’t comment (even negative comments). Curiosity gets the best of me sometimes, but I don’t in any way want to support a channel that doesn’t show the military and beautiful history in the best possible light. This channel is the best there is at Horse Guards.

When I was at Horseguards and encountered that Tuber on Thursday, & Friday and asked him if he could point you out, he told me you and the others were never there. Agree that those filming need to put out the most ethical content. WhiteHall is an iconic place and HCAV are a part of history. And yes this military establishment needs to align with the good ones and purge the others. Good Job 👍

I saw that and was appalled. I'm glad that rude, greedy TH-camr was banned. The police need to be a tad more assertive in crowd control as well. Too bad if they get tired of it, it's their job. The lady officer is the standard they should be aiming for.

There are some lovely people who film at Horse Guards, but the recent actions of a few rotten apples have soured it for all.
So horrible at what happened to the soldier. Prayers for his recovery. They will be on high alert for the safety of all the soldiers now.

Guards, police, horses and viewers deserve better. I hope it all settles down now, and we can just watch and enjoy.
It seems to me that fans are very protective of the horses and guards, they're all quick to jump when the perceive a slight or an injustice.

That’s ok for you. I’m on a fixed income however, like several of Johns viewers, and while we’d LIKE to contribute, we simply can’t afford to. I’d hate to see this channel go the way of many I’ve been subscribed to……started out free, then slowly the free stuff became more and more rare until the “free content” consisted of nothing but ads for the paid content. I don’t think John would do that but then I didn’t think many that HAVE done it, would.
I am only on a very small income but I am managing to pay a few pounds towards the channel.

That was cool them posing with the officers. We did that too when we visited. My niece and her cousin wanted to get a picture with everything unique to London including the phone box. That was my favorite trip ever.

Hi John. Appalling behaviour from that youtuber. I had noticed that his channel had disappeared, & that new channel had suddenly appeared. I remember other videos in the past where he liked to get up close & personal, with people who had been bitten for example. I remember him showing the face of the Lifeguard Trooper who was thrown in the yard (happened just after the great escape). You told him not to, but he did it anyway. He should be thouroughly ashamed of himself. But then again, people like him never are, are they?

It seems the Blues & Royals are rotating through the V horses lately - Vesuvius, Vortex, Valiant, Vitoria.... meaning they're probably a very similar age also. Nice to see that great trooper mounted on him.

Thank you for identifying that channel, John. I was wondering if it was the other TH-camr who had recently posted and even sold some clips that shouldn’t have been shown. I’ve seen some terrible copycat channels and thought it might be one of those., as well. I thought either you mentioned Abdullah at some point, or sometimes I’d hear Abdullah talking to you in his videos, so I would occasionally watch his, especially if it was a day you hadn’t posted. But if someone is posting things that are detrimental to horse guards (or in the example you mentioned of a lost child, being a parent I wouldn’t want something like that posted of my child). It’s just another reminder of how much I appreciate what you do. Thank you for your integrity!
