I've got a dinosaur deck and I'm thinking about adding a Zeus just because I have a Laggia and Dolka. If you can get out an Xyz monster, you can get out Zeus, it's kind of dumb.
@@grimwill7686 Looking at Zeus again, it needs two materials to wipe the board, so I couldn't really use it since I've only got two Xyz monsters in my Extra Deck. For decks that do use a lot of Xyz monsters it might as well be generic. It really shouldn't exist alongside something like Zoodiacs who can get it to six materials stupidly easy.

Photon Papilloperative is a generic Rank 4 that can flip up face down monsters. Easier to summon that Borrelguard. The Wind-up rank 4 is kinda bad , it flips down then flips up in End Phase

Had someone do this and took 1 turn to burn their whole deck. They couldn’t remove my monster because my trap made it immune to all effects except my trap during the main phase only. Hilarious to watch.
So found a decent combo today. If you run the bamboo sword and comic hand engines you can steal a monster, direct attack and skip your opponents draw and main phase 1. :O
Who knows, Hitotsume Giant could have easily been translated as "One-eyed Giant" or even "Cyclops" if they cared enough about localizing things. We still get weirdness like "Dark Spellian" from time to time even to this day.

You should really play triple trickstar reincarnation and 2 or 3 copies of gift card in an empty jar deck. It basically wins as soon as your opponent gets to 20 something cards, and avoids the self-tk

I have a numeron deck that uses sky striker engine and I have a Zeus in my extra deck just to troll with tri-brigade players.
And that's why cards should be made specific rather than generic, or else every deck is gonna look exactly the same eventually (imo)

Do you run one-time passcode in the deck? It's a hard once per turn, but it does get a level 4 for free.
Milling as a strategy is a fine knife edge of going a LITTLE too hard, a little too fast. I do this to myself constantly in MtG kek
