Just got my 2024 version today and out of the box it shows 28mph (my gps so far has shown 26). I would have never bought one if it only did 25kph which is only 15 mph lol. Still need to find a hack to go faster 😉

So it only goes 15mph !!!
I'm returning mine if that's the case it's advertised at 28mph top speed.

This didn't work for me. They claim it can go 28MPH. Mine will not go any faster than 15.5MPH in Turbo mode.

I’m trying to get my seat to stay up in a higher position than the seat post dropping all the way into the shaft, however, it doesn’t tighten up enough to hold the seat up. I was wondering if the seat height is indeed adjustable? Does anybody know?
