Front shock suck...add rubber bushings it makes a big difrence

I’ve owned one for five months, 765 miles so far, great E scooter, very fun to ride, few issues I can report tho, they are :- most bolts/nuts are extremely factory tight which is great for safety but not for adjustments/repairs, the back suspension is solid which may have led to 2 unnecessary inner tube changes, the rear mud guard light has a fingernail size gap (which I’ve now taped over) which let water in causing two bulbs to stay on which I managed to dry out but to have a gap there (exactly where water will land) is a silly design flaw and the twist part that locks the handles in place often come slightly loose when riding. Aside from those problems it’s been great to have and there’s been times I’ve been surprised by its positives, when caught out in the pouring rain for example, I’m just hoping that here in the uk the changes they’re planning don’t involve more expense and over the top restrictions.

If the two bulbs are damaged, you can contact our distributor (your seller) for after-sales service.
If the twist part is loose, you need to tighten the screw in the handlebar (the screw is hidden in the handlebar). You can also send the loose video to this email 007@ienyridscooter.com and my colleague will help you with the video instruction.
Warm tip: For safety reasons, try not to ride the scooter when it's raining. Protect yourself and protect the battery at the same time.
I’ve noticed after first day the handle bars need adjusting every ride
1,180 miles on the clock and no more problems for me, handlebars still unscrew slightly but they still stayed locked into place, other then that I’ve changed the brake pads for new and she’s running well, it’s currently charging ready for a trip to film a video for my channel, im even thinking of ways I can implement it into my video making for showing journeys etc 🎥😃

Had it going 28 mph when new, 1300 miles later and I can get 26 - 27 but batteries do drop in power slightly the more charge cycles it goes through
Do they have a serial number somewhere on a chassis?
Thing is - in my country people can register bicycles (both regular and electric) and scooters to police by serial number, if there is one, as an anti-theft feature (all repair shops get informed in case scooter gets stolen and shows up somewhere later).
Found them - one on the underside of th eplatform and motor number on the motor itself.
Have a problem with my new scooter cannot unfold it to lock it into place it just colapses back down. It's like the red lever doesn't go to the right place in order for it to remain unfolded

Hello, I tried to charge my ienyrid M4 pro S e-scooter but there is no indicator light on, what can I do please?
Hi there. Thanks for the video. I do seem to have a problem though. Trying to lift the front end into place, I've retracted the bolt, pushed the lever down and although the front moves forwards, I can't seem to make it go all the way and lock into place. Looking at the video, it seems you just force it. I've tried that but still no joy. Any ideas? Thanks.
You do have to force it a bit to lock it .. I was worried too, but that's the only way
You have to force it so hard. I have the same scooter, give it all the force you can and it will work. It won’t brake

hi i used to have a aovo pro scooter it isnt the same scooter but the same issue it means the battery is dead or the chargers broke but most likley its the battery you can get a new battery but they are like £100 you should get a refund if you bought it from amazon

How can you get back the rubber/plastic from the handle bar (lower part)? Mine was stuck (couldn't raise it up) and I took the two screws on top out and removed it but now I can't get it back in... What can I do? Any video of be awesome! 🙏🏻

@@Dxmar74 I couldn't use mine (Kirin) without it... So I had to force the f"ck out of all the metal assembly to be able to place it back again...

Check the left / right (side) lights. They are activated from the left buttons

5:39 - the one issue I have with it so far is this clamp - it's just a bit lose, thus seat feels not firmly fixed, and the nut is not easy to access to tighten this clamp.
P.S. Thing is, I'm handicapped, thus I specifically chose a scooter with a seat. So far it's fine, made around 500km in a couple of months (30km commute to work and back (15+15km)). Got in a heavy rain once. A few issues were: a decorative nut on front axis is quite loose - fell off once, while scooter was in the boot of my car. And once had to take off and clean front brake - an extremely small stone got into it between disk and brake pad, making annoying noise.
P.P.S. Update late February of 2024. Yesterday encountered another issue - braking light on the rear fender was not well enough waterproofed, mud and water got in and short-circuited the light, which caused my scooter to stop moving at all for a couple of minutes. Then it came back to life, but lights behaved weirdly - front light was sort of on ("sort of" because it was a bit dimmer than usual), despite not being turned on, and side braking lights were flicking. Besides front light turned off, when I pressed brakes. And it smelled of burnt wires, which was scary. Almost right away got it to a workshop, they will fix it and apply silica for insulation of this weak spot.

No idea. The only light showing charging is a small LED on the charger itself - red, while charging, and green, when batterry is full.

And DO NOT believe what manual says about tyre pressure!
They got some insane number in kg/cm² there, absolutely unrealistic, around 4-5 greater than the actual one. See what's written on tyres themselves - around 55 PSI.
Bloody hell cudn't they have made the seat fitting any harder ! 🙄

When the charger displays a green light, does that mean it’s full and no longer charging, or does it mean that it’s almost full but still charging. I rode my scooter for about 10km and the battery was 2 bars down. When I stuck the charger in, the charger displayed a green light
