That was me at 7:10 in the HSTV-L lol, I was trying to kill him but he managed to shoot out my breach and turret drive and I had a 35 second repair, funnily enough I got into your game straight after that one but that game didn’t go to well. Ggs man
I did hear someone mention the ATGM changes and how they straightened out faster...and let me tell you I *REALLY* hope the type 89 gets some big love for its ATGM.

That thing has gotten nothing but nerfs for at least 2 years now and yet still gets hate for being "OP" for some odd reason. As a former Japan main id love a reason to go back and play Japan again without having to try hard just to play same as other nations, so i really hope they do
about the ka50 killing your team when it was dead, i swear a while ago they said they were gonna make it so helos couldnt fire secondary armament when its "dead" but i guess that just vanished, ka50s and ka52s still reign supreme

seeing Adats like this i wondered if the American actually build ABRAMS AGDS, the beefier brother of ADATS. it would be top tier missile carrier with high protection
I have been waiting for almost 1 year for a new ADATS video that i haven't already seen, FINALLY!
I think the ATGM is squiggly because it was massively nerfed with the new ATGM physics (it was literally useless for a month) and the devs fixed it by making it have an excessive turn speed, so it constantly tries to go off center and fix itself causing it to go crazy
But in a test it still goes straight for some reason

Ever since the York had it's ammo reworked/bugged, I found myself playing and loving the ADATS even more than I did back when I first got it when it was a summer sale and a lot of Ka-50s were around. The SP cost may be quite high, it can't lock onto targets in third person, no stab, and the elevation angles of the sight and missiles are still limited, but you just can't deny how satisfying it is to clap something with the ADATS: be it a ground vehicle or aircraft :D
I'd also like to note that the ADATS missile speed was nerfed a long time ago. Despite this, it's still the 3rd fastest SAM and fastest ATGM in the game. The gun's fire rate was also lowered from around 625 or 600 rpm down to 525 and later 500.
Iirc there is a 20mm plate on the T series tanks bottom of the hull sides, that's why you got the weird pen at the beginning and where you can pen with autocannons!

love the abrams gameplay, i wish you could do more as your videos have shown me so many new ways to kill top teir vehicles. also how did your round penetrate that BVM's external era and composite? i would expect it to but that would never work for me.

People’s bad behavior makes finding TH-camrs much harder, and saying I’m sure being recognized in a positive way feels good for you too. I’ve played a couple matches with you myself, and I think you are one of them last TH-camrs to not hide your name
In real life the US has top tier SPAA the Patriot missile, yet Gaijin would never put that in the game

got a question, why with other spaas all you got to do is look in 3rd person the direction radar shows contact and press your lock on target button to lock onto a plane but with adats you have to manually search for them?
I know this is 6 months old, but for war Thunder reasons it’s because the tracking is accomplished via an optical/thermal system (IRST) while the search is done via radar. Best I can tell the search radar should cue the optical targeting system but gaijin didn’t implement this.

Players are longer kicked out of Planes or Helicopters unless the pilot is dead. It even gives you a kill and says they are dead but if he doesn't crash he can go back and repair or keeping flying.

until gaijin expands the scale of tank battles to make including medium and heavy aa feasible i'd say no. If they end up include those types of systems the hawk and patriot are easy additions

Hey justin! Loved the video, and I have a recommendation for a next video if you like it: 6.3 America using the M26 T99 (trust me the rockets make it 6x more fun and 50% more powerful than the regular Pershing) I hope you try it out! (Also the rockets on the T99 don’t explode when they get shot :P)
it isnuts planes can fly back to airfield and rearm in few seconds and back into the air. Reload of the spaa rockets are crazy slow . It seems Gaijjn loves air more then ground

I dont think its that hard for gaijin to make this thing both an Anti Tank SPG & SPAA ingame. Gaijin is just being lazy or dont know what they're doing OR both like always.
Compared to the Flarakrad, XM1069 was super awesome. I'm almost at 4.0 kill to death ratio with it (not counting tank kills) and I haven't even spaded it yet, compared to my Flarak that is 3.4 kdr (almost 2500 plane kills).
I once used this as my first spawn and almost got a nuke with it, it's pretty damn good still though not as good as it used to be.
Doesn't Israeli top tier also have an aps (and a better one than the t80 at that)
They also made the missile have a smokeless motor

They need to fix the radars not actually folding when disabled. Also you can pen and kill russian mbts through the optic under the gun. Very useful when you run out of missiles.
ADATS still good?
It's annoying how they still didn't fix the bug with the radar (+ damage model of the radar) not folding in when you turn the radar off, caused me to die and get overpressured a few times.
Also nice to see Justin on team Russian Waifu (and putting a Russian waifu pillow on an American tank, the heresy lmao)\
Also, you used the radar lock, it says "IRST" above the radar if you're using it
The radar bug is really annoying. I enjoyed my ZA-35, scooting around the map and flanking the enemy team. This is just not possible anymore with 3m of added heigth on top of the vehicle.

the adats missile is proberly invis because its beam riding in war thunder
no it has a smokeless motor which isn't modeled the best its guidance system doesn't affect how visible a missile is to your eyes.
I think team killing happens regardless of if your a youtuber, more so depends on if your teammates are having a bad day.
tbh this thing sucks at being an AA compared to more modern stuff. sure it has some AT capability but its a 1980s platform and the missiles are wobbly as shit not to mention its thermals are Gen0 so it cant see far and its super blurry..
the ITO, new german vehicle and pantsir are all better at being AAs.
the this thing should be 11.0-11.3 hard MAX along with the british one.
they should add a NASAAM at 12.3-12.7 for the us. and uptier the pantsir to 12.7

Countless times i have been "killed" in my ka-50, but managed to stay in control and im able to either get a couple quick rocket kills or land back at the helipad. The game gives you credit for a kill if you take its tail off, but it still functions just fine as we know. I really think all 9.0+ spaa needs some buffs in the missile department, a lot of them know have such jittery missiles now

The adats is classic gaijin bullshit. Giving it spg spawn point accumulation means that it's not a cheap spawn like every other spaa just means that after 1 or 2 deaths in mbts or CAS Americans just leave the match and allow the Russian CAS to run rampant. And for anyone who says the adats gets spg spawn points is because it's missile is deadly against tanks that's still not a valid reason as there are plenty of spaa in the game that are as deadly if not more than the adats at their br.
It really ADApTS itself for every situation!
Fighting ADATS with T-80UM2 always makes me laugh. Watching their missiles get intercepted by APS, what a good show 💀

@@Jason-jb1vs I have, and its still by far the best AA; the VT1s still pull worse than a vikhr missile while the pantsir has magnitudes better maneuvering and range and speed, as well as having a less smoky trail so its harder to see.
VT1s and etc need buffs to their tracking and maneuvering, JPN and ISR desperately need SOMETHING for top tier AA, but russia rn is broken in so many ways the last thing it needs is more buffs.
(Yes i play RUS top tier, as well as FR, SWE, US, and GER, and russia is easily the most busted nation in game rn with a 75% + winrate)
@@Northern00 yeah I would not doubt it is far better than vt1 which needs the most buff, but if anything other than helis and drones were to shoot down by pantsir it's their skill isuue, by the way since you have not played CHI i will tell you tor has the best AA missle in game and it still needs buffs, pantsir has a great SAM but with a shitty radar.
I am no way of shelling RUS, all I want is everyone that plays ground can reliably shoot down mig 27k, f14b, ect
