Hey Kelsey! would be interested to know your opinions in general about AI in the industry. the example you gave here is fairly tame as you were just talking about lighting differences and accessory placement and such. But for me, as a furniture designer and builder, I can't help but think that AI generated content and images can potentially give clients (especially those who are less tech savvy) some unrealistic expectations about what is possible. I see lots of AI generated furniture photos and content out there that is just plain unrealistic or near impossible to build safely and legally. anyways, while I enjoy AI for inspiration and brainstorming, I wonder what the line might be :)
Hey Greg, I COMPLETELY understand your thought process as I’ve had the same questions. Though I agree going all-in with strictly AI for design and rendering, I have been using some AI platforms to assist with my work and it has become incredibly helpful and time-saving. I’ve been toying with the idea of doing a video about it, so love to hear that it’s a topic of interest!
