My brother picked a P-150 up at a garage sale awhile back for $25 USD.
They said one of the speakers was blown.
I just sat down and opened it up today and found that one of the solders had some loose.
Easy fix and 10 minutes later I find out that it sounds better than my bass practice amp.
I love these things.
Can't imagine I'll bring it gigging with me though.

PD-250 is, IMO, the best Passport model ever made. I've got two of them. And a PD-150 for when I need something smaller.

I'm very new to this kind of stuff, can I plug a mixer to this? if so, do I just connect the output of the mixer to any channel of the Fender and It should be working?
You can plug a passive mixer into it, that's a great way to expand the inputs. But make sure you never plug something with a power amp into the mixer on the Passport or you'll almost definitely fry something

Do you know if it's possible to make this portable with battery operation??? I want to perform in parks.. so just wondering!

@@LizaFCamba Yes this is 100% possible you would need to buy a few additional things to set it up for running on battery power you'll need 2 things listed below amzn.to/3e63hZm & amzn.to/2MVt0b6 I have personally ran my fender PA shown in video with this inverter so i know it works & has enough power to run Fender PA system

Yes They have a converter that converts 12volts. I own it and it works good if needed where no electric is available.

Yes sir great for that type of stuff at medium to small venues anything over 500 people definitely want bigger system in my opinion perfect for 100-350 people type venue if that makes sense & helps you at all i hope it can.

Sure if you want to add another amp but amp is built to power 2 speakers I'm sure you could but it won't sound any better or louder cause amp can only put out so much power
@@EverydayImTECHnIt I use it for the start for races that have a long start corral. It's more the need to reach a further area 100' away without trying to blast the volume. I have additional PA speakers (both powered and non powered) can you please advice what port I would use to connect them? And if I'd need powered or non powered speaker to do so?
@@reubenkline1875 Ok ya you can for sure you can use the powered speakers just hook them into R/L STEREO OUT plugs on the bottom row of the amp one is RED plug & one is White plug i have hooked up powered sub a few times when using PA for playing music at a party. As long as they are powered speakers you're good to go.

The Only Problem that I encounter on that PA is that when the bass is too much the voice coil rubs in the magnet resulting a clapping bass sound

Fender or bose s1 quality sound ?
It is my understanding that the PD250 model has Bose speaker drivers, whereas the basic P250 model does not.
How is the bass on this my man ?
It definitely has good bass but if you want it to have great bass I'd recommend adding an external subwoofer which you can easily do you need a subwoofer with the amplifier because you'll just be hooking up the sub on the audio out plugs so make sure it's a powered sub

There are 4 channels on that PA.
Each channel is capable of taking 1/4" or an XLR.
That's up to 4 instrument cables or 4 mic cables or any combination of the two.
