Subang jaya is basically divided in SS area and USJ and The New Duo is part of the mixed development Edumetro, located in USJ one. Although there's almost everything you need in this area for eg shopping malls, education facilities, commercial offices, existing residential communities, factories, LRT, BRT, medical centre and etc, I find the township rather peculiar where all of those are within the same street.
Edumetro was a project adopted by this current developer, HCK as the previous company had some serious challenges in completing the site. And it became part of their collection that mainly focus on education integrated projects. In fact, Imperial International School has just confirmed to setup in Edumetro.
Looking at the surrounding amenities and the lifestyle suites that are all dual key units, it's obvious that this would be an investment focused product. In my opinion, there are lots of potential to this current area of USJ one as it suffered greatly in the past due to poor connectivity. And now with the brand new direct connection from Kesas highway, it's so convenient to travel in and out from the project now.
