Just have a quick question. With Richardson hats we don't have issues with puckering, but with other brands we do. What would you recommend to fix this?
I just want to know how the machine knows r that’s it’s not the standard cap hoop,did you go in the machine and change the parameters? I had to do that with my TC1501 with the standard cap hoop
