20 mins Anti Rotation Posture Routine - Pelvis & Shoulders

  • Do you feel like your pelvis is out of alignment? Or like your shoulders can't seem to pull back no matter what you try?
    Try this short posture correction routine to improve hip extension, shoulder stability and correct your pelvic imbalance(s).
    I want you all to start understanding how simple & effective posture therapy can be. For me personally, it's been the catalyst to my painfree journey over the last decade. What's even better is that you can do these routines from the comfort of your home & with really simple props.
    This routine is one I recorded for some of my followers on instagram and will likely make its way to my monthly membership platform, The Posture 360 membership.

    This Standing Wall Towel Posture Routine aims to restore pelvic stability by removing any rotation or disparity and promoting hip extension. The use of the towels is also very clever as they start to naturally restore the S curve of your spine throughout the routine. Finally, the scapular contractions will release tension in your pecs and restore thoracic function too (releasing pain or symptoms in your upper body, neck jaw etc).
