I stayed there for a week about 6 years ago and its still one of my favourite Hotels. In my recollection, the beds were like concrete and i slept so well on it. Rooftop pool was like a private pool, Only one day did i see another person . Recommended
I've stayed twice there. First floor september 2018, and 7th floor march 2020. The second time there was noise outside due to the machines for the aircon. Anyway, a perfect value hotel for the money. My first choice if I return this year to Thailand.
I think I stayed in that exact room. That said, Blue Sky is my hotel of choice in Pattaya. You can't beat the price and location. The rain shower is also nice and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Soi 5 is also a very quiet soi with none of the big tour buses loading and unloading people. It's also right next to soi 6 if that's your thing.
Yes, free WIFI is included. But is it good, I have no idea. I would believe its ok as its quite small hotel and there won't be so much people streaming stuff like in larger hotels. I have never used any hotel's WIFI, as I always get unlimited max speed for phone and share that to computer if needed.
Guests should be charged nightly, unless they are regular partners who check in with you. And that goes for all hotels. I’ve nothing against the bar ladies but there is a time and a place for everything. I don’t wish to be disturbed when in my room

I always use soi 5 to walk down to the beach because there are very few bar girls yelling at me : )

Yes, it is a very hassle-free street to walk past, not much traffic either.

The wifi can be spotty at times. Hopefully, they have fixed this since my last visit.
Used to love it but over Xmas there was a Scottish guy with a Thai lady half his age getting up to all sorts in the swimming pool.
