Outstanding place! Yesterday I had a look and a chat with the very nice and helpful reception lady Patt. Monthly rates are 46k and 48k (2 room types), all included as it's a hotel. Not really budget but worthwhile for those who want and can afford it! Thanks for your review Daz, what a coincidence....having been there just yesterday evening. I confirm your positive impressions. Best regards Uli
Beautiful hotel, prices are dirt cheap. Pool little small but it’s nice view. I was waiting for this to open. Your the first to video it. Thanks again for your time.
The Arbour Hotel would be 4 times the price in Sydney or Melbourne or many other Western Cities. Thank you, Daz, for taking the time to show us these places.
Yeah. For sure! If that was on the waterfront in Eagle Street, Brisbane, or on Gold Coast with a Surfers Paradise ocean view it would be hundreds of dollars per night. Or near Sydney CBD and harbor, omg!

Great to see these higher end hotels as a comparison, really like this one as the attention to detail is top notch, and the sort of place I would choose. Very good review as always Daz.
Excellent amenities, excellent 👏 👌 review. Thank you. I really enjoy these videos 📹 of the accommodations available there. It's been a very long time since I've been there, and so much has changed.
Thailand is probably the best value for money of any country in Asia, and possible the world. Also, Pattaya is really an undiscovered gem of a city with great bargain’s and terrific infrastructure. It’s wonderful to be alive and traveling in 2022 😅
Great video of a nice luxury hotel Daz! You are so good at showcasing these types of places. Definitely be good to see more of these higher end hotels. I tip my hat to you good Sir.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Just booked it but many nights not available in high season. Based on what I’ve seen in the city this is a good value for the quality.
Beautiful hotel and I agree with you with your praise for the design. Though I wouldn't stay there, I most definitely would head up to that restaurant on the 23rd floor and order a dish off that menu, as you were flipping through it, those menu items looked great and for a special occasion, like maybe a last night in town before flying back home the next day, the restaurant would make a memorable going away dinner with that tremendous view.

Hi , I have booked there for 9 weeks from January 20th to March 20th , the hotel is lady friendly BUT you have to pay the hotel 1,000 baht a night to allow her through the door . I negotiated a price for lady to stay in the Delux City View at £58 per night . I think this could put a few of your subscribers off . I love your videos ….. keep them coming
I suppose it's ok if you know before hand and are prepared to pay the joiner fee. The price itself does not bother me. I often spend up to 120 AUD a night on accommodation in Pattaya, but being older in early 50 s with more money I can afford it. Can get luxury for that price.
Thank you Daz for a wonderful video. The Arbour looks simply wonderful. The price may be double the cost of more economical hotels, but it is less than a quarter of similar hotels in Toronto. I am thinking of treating myself to a bucket list trip to Thailand when I retire, and the more I learn about Pattaya ,the more interested I become.
Really nice hotel but I often look back at your review of places like city max condos and think wow I like the value in them so much more and much bigger size. Thanks 👍
