This is why weddings should be done in a church where the couple is reminded that the sacrament of marriage demands respect and dignity. This could never happen in a church unless the person purposely sought to defile everything the sacrament stands for and pretty much wanted to end things. It would be an absolute embarrassment. It really wouldn’t happen because the couple prepares for six months prior to the wedding with courses and counseling. The church is there for a reason. They safeguard the sacraments, including the sacrament of marriage.

This is why weddings should be done in a church where the couple is reminded that the sacrament of marriage demands respect and dignity. This could never happen in a church unless the person purposely sought to defile everything the sacrament stands for and pretty much wanted to end things. It would be an absolute embarrassment. It really wouldn’t happen because the couple prepares for six months prior to the wedding with courses and counseling. The church is there for a reason. They safeguard the sacraments, including the sacrament of marriage.

There is a time and a place for everything. *Some* of these jokes could've been really funny at a small reception with just friends and a little bit of family, but he's dumping all of this in front of all their friends and family. Not to mention that their kids are in the crowd as well. This woman's sex life is being thrown around as a cheap joke in front of everyone she cares about. Not to mention that some of these "jokes" are extremely dehumanizing and degrading. He literally said right to the face of his bride that he would leave her for Margot Robbie if he was given the chance. This woman obviously has self esteem issues and as her husband, he should know that and know not to make jokes like that. The worst part is, she probably sees this behavior as normal because of how long she's been putting up with it. That's sad and really fucked up.
