This is the most enjoyable workout I've ever done. All the stress was left behind on the Italian roads. Also, this was the first time using my Kinetic rocker and leaning into the turns is a rush (once my brain realized I wasn't going to fall over. :-) Thanks for this.
THANK YOU for this video. Just started using a recumbent bike a little over a month ago. Need hip replacement but trying to lose weight and get myself in better shape and delay it as long as possible. When I first started, I could hardly keep going for 30 minutes. Now I'm jamming out 45 minute workouts like this and making it thru. I soooooo appreciate these workouts and the encouragement you put in the text throughout! Thank you!

The video is very good. Contrary to other comments, I like to see another rider in front because it helps me in the orientation for my pedaling. I would also like them to show the real speed and in the video editing do not cut the routes. Thanks a lot!!! Excellent!!!

I love going on my bike to these videos! But sadly I can't use them. I have my desk top in front of my bike on a deck. A little time in the videos youtube starts its adds. It be ok if they were only a few of them and short but they run on add after another after another and some are very long. I have a choice either to do my bike exercise to youtubes adds of get off my bike and hit the skip add every time they pop up.
