Did this today at the gym. About 10 km .Loved the music especially- both motivational and calming so you can rise to whatever level you’re at in a day. I also liked the incline and downhill sequences that kept things interesting and like a real ride. Also the blue skies are great for winter workouts ❤❤
🥰Love these! I am a Wellness Coach and Master Trainer and I have found these videos to be an excellent addition to out Fitness Classes for my Seniors in Assisted living. Our cycling is done while in a chair and using stationary pedals. Looking forward to more! I just slow down the speed and add a slower pace music, THANKS
