She said later that it was almost incomprehensible for her to have a Mount Rushmore actress like Meryl Streep be so appreciative of her role in a relatively minor sci-fi film. I love Scarlett Johansson.

I would imagine if she reconstructed herself and had to re-integrate with her humanity despite all the changes that happened to her in this movie. That would be an interesting character-driven story idea.

I'm trying to figure out why she shot him, unless it was in a sense of immediacy and she just wanted to knock him out. He didn't appear to have any guns on him or reach for anything or come at her in an aggressive manner.
