Loving this design and plenty of headroom in the loft area. Lots of natural light entering throughout. Very unique space with the moving ladder inside and the logs to sit on around the campfire on the outside 💯💜🌟💜💯
Fabulous idea for the ladder! It's out of the way, but so easy to pull out and use, and then put away! This is definitely for a weekend, and not for a long term stay, but it's gorgeous in that setting.
Love this design, I am planning something similar in my woods and was looking for some inspiration. I would move those hooks on the door off the window frame and onto the door panel itself instead but otherwise this is a great use of space and design. 🤩 that loft ladder is fantastic
Fantastic set up so inviting love the architecture with big beams, minimalist kitchen but that is enough to feel out of this world, far away in the country, another world. You have to be ready for less confort specially with the shower and the toilet. Clever latter, love the space around the bed. Love also the design, for a salvaged material it is amazing: rough wood and black metal marche so week. Nice music with an hand pan! Thanks!

Would it be wrong if I copied a lot of these ideas on my own house? With the current housing market and economy, I can't afford a regular home. Been wanting to go off grid for years. Ideally I'd love to join a off grid community, cant seem to find them. Anyway love the design of this A-frame.
I love a-frames, but this one looks cramped. If it's cold enough there to have such a large woodstove, then it's too cold for an outdoor shower. For $149 a night, i would want a toilet.

If you could actually get the land to do this on without winning the lottery, the build would be super cheap. Building without the gov red tape and BS, you could live large.....and more people would do it. But....keeping you reliant and under control makes it better for rich people...and rich people help the government rich people. And the government rich people make the rules for not rich people to never own shit.

I’m 22 trying to stay out of big cities where day by day gets harder and dangerous to live. Just started my channel and let’s see how it goes. Work hard to make your life better bc politicians never will.
Truth to that. A frames are so perfect in NE. I'm from NH--moved away recently--but the snow falls off. If you're not from New England I'd definitely recommend a woodstove and small generator. If you lose power for long during the winter, put your milk etc right in the snow. 😂 we learn to be a scrappy, hardy bunch don't we? Good luck: I'll bet you find yourself very content. Edit to add; when I was homesteading in NH (good decade) I'd always wanted a green house to make up for the short growing season. We have a ladder like this to our loft. My husband always called them “ ship stairs”. Sort of a cross between ladder and stairs, and easy to use.
The bedroom is my favorite part.
