香叶炒虾仔 Fried Baby Prawn with Curry Leaves | Mr. Hong Kitchen

- 大家好 我是阿鸿 这一期和大家分享一道下酒菜 香叶炒虾仔 希望大家会喜欢
材料 :
虾仔去头 250克 加少许盐来腌制
咖喱叶适量
红葱 1 粒
小辣椒 适量
绍兴酒 1 汤匙
蚝油 1 茶匙
咖喱粉 1 茶匙
Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Baby prawn ~250g, remove head and mix evenly with little salt
2. Curry Leaves appropriate amount
3. Red onion 1pc, slices
4. Chilli padi appropriate amount, smashed
5. Shaoxing wine 1tbsp
6. Oyster sauce 1tsp
7. Meat Curry powder 1tsp
Method
1. Mix Shaoxing wine, oyster sauce and curry powder in a bowl. Set aside
2. Deep fry the prawns under high heat for 1min. Drain and raise the oil temp, re-fry the prawn again till golden brown. Drain and set aside
3. Stir fry the red onion and chilli padi till fragrant. Add curry leaves and stir fry till fragrant. Add the sauces (step 1) and mix well. Lastly add the prawns and mix well.
4. Serve and enjoy! 💕
