    I do something like this but use the flam accent instead of swiss army triplet because you have to switch which hand hits right after the flam.

    Started with drums at the age of 14. I am 52 now. Never had lessons. For my hole life i played swiss army triplets just by hearing. And that was the wrong way. I always play: rLRL. Very hard to get used to the correct way. My arms are in knots and my brain hurts.😄

      I still have to work on my Left hand Swiss army triplets ALL the time! Just keep at it and soon the muscle memory will kick in for you. Cheers!

      you can do left or right
      always good to reverse rudiments
