I am excited to explore all the mini-game systems they have implemented into Palia in order to better understand the design philosophy of Singularity 6. I want to know if it is more of a unified approach to intuitively gamifying certain actions to increase immersion or if there is more of a patchwork approach that can be developed further, such as with certain gathering skills.
very informative!! Can you confirm whether you're able to sit/sleep/swim in Palia? I've heard you can't do these things. They're pretty much staples of this kind of game, no?
Campfire cooking is very basic, but once you unlock the actual kitchen equipment cooking becomes more minigame focused. Would've loved if they just copied the timer based campfire game from Monster Hunter for campfire cooking though.
Pretty hard 'My time at...' vibes there...

Currently no. I don't know if these are planned to be added.

Oh nice! I'll be excited to try cooking later then!
I just want to be able to sit down. Also the character movement animations do need some work.
