I had a similar experience with this diet. I've always been pretty strong academically, but this year my performance in sports as well as my ability to focus and complete work more quickly have all improved. It is a bit hard to stay consistent though, so I decided to break it a little by having some bread in the morning. All in all, it's been pretty helpful.
