I learned the hard way telling people my business and trusting people right away ended up gaslighting me. Never again.

Paige, may be those stress patterns that You went through when You were working are still deeply connected to You, and may be, to fully recover your health, You will trully have to get rid of them...Your "quitting story" resonnated with me because I even had nightmares from my job, but after quitting, I began stressing out about How to survive without a stable and predictable income...Modern society has trained us to live in constant fear, and that's the root cause of many diseases we are experiencing...

Absolutely loved this video ❤ something I definitely needed right now. I feel like I’m going through such a similar thing and the mindset thing is such an important part. Even now, success is constantly changing for me and I feel like sometimes listening to yourself is the hardest. There’s always competing desires. Also, I would love to see more of these types of videos

I quit my job but still have paychecks coming in. And now I'm wondering if that's why I'm not stressed about starting my own business yet.

I love these long psychology/philosophy rants. I think an overlooked reason that keeps people at their jobs is status. People know people stay at their jobs for money or fulfillment. But I think fulfillment is often confused with status. Even if I had, let's say, a million dollars, I would still work, otherwise I would be an unemployed millionaire. I would be less welcomed in the social circles I want to be a part of, although it would be tough to enter at all if I was unemployed and broke. So the status hierarchy is as follows, Lowest: broke and unemployed, Middle: broke and employed OR unemployed and has money (which is higher depends how much money and what type of employment), Highest: employed and has money. This is why many rich people still work in my opinion, to achieve or maintain higher status.

By any chance if you’ve gotten Covid repeatedly that could something else you’re experiencing there’s a lot of symptoms to long covid not trying to scare you but it’s something many are getting and that causes long term damage. It’s gotten through cumulative infection.
