I am on the fence right now.
I landed in 2020 as a student. And, now I have a good job, a beautiful canadian born daughter, a condo of my own and my parents staying with me, my sister also stays 30 mins away. Still, I feel out of place. The thoughts of my daughter growing up with different cultural values than me, worsening healthcare, easy and laidback education , growing drug problems, depressing weather, growing racism etc are making me think to move back home.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I am assuming your daughter is very young and you have some time to make a decision and in few years you would have better clarity as daughter grows in Canada and then decide as that is the main factor.

You know girls and women are more suseptible to violence , molestation and rape in India when compared with western countries. The police enforcement and judicial systems are more favorable to female in respect to rights and protection in western countries than in India. If you see movie Drishyam 1 , Daughters of India( Abaya rape case), Delhi crime , you can see how India has failed protecting Indian women and girls
Recent news of Bengali lady Doctor raped and killed while she was sleeping in between her long shifts in Calcutta. These are deterring me to visit India these days.Under Modi rule, RSS and Bajrang Dal has poked its evil eyes , violence and chaos into public life. India has 25% good but 75% going in wrong direction in terms of violence , political unrest, rape and choas. India is no more peaceful place the place we left behind😢

Canada and India differ significantly in terms of quality of life, children's education, air pollution, and healthcare system. Here is a comparison between the two countries:
    1. Quality of Life:
Canada is consistently ranked among the countries with the highest quality of life. It offers a stable political climate, strong social safety nets, high education standards, and excellent healthcare facilities. India, on the other hand, has a lower quality of life in terms of various factors such as income inequality, access to basic services, and infrastructure development.
    2. Children's Education:
Canada has a well-developed education system with high standards. It offers free education up to secondary school and has numerous prestigious universities and colleges. India also has a vast education system, but it faces challenges in terms of access to quality education, especially in rural areas. The quality of education and infrastructure can vary significantly in different regions of India.
    3. Air Pollution:
Canada has relatively clean air quality compared to many other countries. The government has implemented strict regulations to control pollution and promote environmental sustainability. India, however, faces severe air pollution issues, particularly in major cities. Factors such as industrial emissions, vehicular pollution, and agricultural practices contribute to harmful levels of air pollution.
    4. Healthcare System:
Canada has a publicly funded healthcare system known as Medicare, which provides universal coverage to its citizens. It offers essential medical services, and individuals can also purchase additional private coverage if desired. India has a mixed healthcare system with both public and private sectors. While India has made progress in improving healthcare access and affordability, there are still significant challenges, especially in rural areas.
It's important to note that these comparisons are generalized and may not capture all aspects of the countries' specific conditions. Various factors can influence the experiences and quality of life of individuals in both Canada and India.

People who own real estate wants to stay in Canada.
Most people leaving Canada is probably new immigrants who didn’t know about inflation or the ones who left stayed long but still don’t own real estate. Since now it’s sky rocket.
For the guest it shouldn’t matter if he lives in Canada or India since he wants to start business and no mortgage. He’s free bird and it makes sense to move to cheaper country.
