Chille has no clue what it would take for infrastructure, manpower, technology, technicians, etc., to make his "ideas" go anywhere. I liked the last video you put out. It was interesting. How Chillie has got to 50 years old and does not seem to understand that people that commit crime are not bothered by the idea of a text reminder. It would be ignored and any time given to "sort your affairs out" would be time to do a runner. Honest people who commit minor violations will sort things out usually quickly. And texts just get annoying. In the UK during the pandemic if you had covid you got a text from the government telling you to stay at home and was happening twice a day, it just annoyed me. I followed the rules i stayed at home. Criminals would ignore it. Delusional Chillie Also we have the same problem with cops in the UK who commit assault and murders but continue to be policing in another area in the country which is obviously tiny in comparison to US but all crap wherever you may be
